Join me for an exclusive, private photography workshop dedicated to photographing the iconic mountain hare in its natural habitat. This workshop is designed for individuals or small groups who already know each other, offering a personal and tailored experience in one of Scotland’s most stunning winter landscapes.

With snow and cold weather forecast, the Highland scenery will provide a breathtaking backdrop for our session. At this time of year, mountain hares wear their pristine white winter coats, blending beautifully with the snowy surroundings. This unique seasonal transformation offers an exceptional opportunity to create striking images and enjoy the challenge of wildlife photography.

As an experienced wildlife photographer and instructor, I’ll guide you throughout the day, helping you capture professional-quality shots while sharing insights about the mountain hare and its remarkable adaptations.

Details:

  • Date: 22nd January 2025

  • Time: 09:30 – 15:00

  • Cost: £175 per person (includes hot drinks and snacks)

  • Location: Meet-up point 30 minutes from Inverness or Aviemore (shared after booking)

What to bring:

  • Camera with a telephoto lens (ideally 200mm or more)

  • A sturdy tripod (optional but recommended)

  • Warm, waterproof clothing, gloves, and a hat

  • Waterproof, comfortable footwear suitable for walking through rugged terrain

  • Packed lunch and refillable water bottle (hot drinks and snacks provided)
